Requirements

Degree in civil engineering, construction supervision expert certificate (category 1–2 required), 5+ years' experience on category 1 facilities (high-rise, commercial). Knowledge of SN RK, SP and software (AutoCAD).

Duties

Full construction supervision from foundation to commissioning, quality control, notices, support during GASK inspections.

Degree in electrical engineering, 4+ years' experience supervising electrical, lighting and extra-low-voltage systems on major facilities. Knowledge of PUE and SN RK; experience with high-rise buildings is an advantage.

Duties

Control of the installation of extra-low-voltage systems (fire alarm, communications, structured cabling, access control, security alarm, evacuation warning, etc.) and automation systems, commissioning, inspections, compliance certificates. Work on category 2 facilities.

Duties

Maintaining and controlling the project's technical document flow, registration, distribution and archiving of documents, revisions, liaison with contractors and clients, ensuring documentation is returned. Support of construction supervision and project management.

Requirements

Technical degree, NDT Level II/III certificates (UT, RT, MT, PT required), 5+ years' experience in construction or industry (welding, structures, pipelines). Knowledge of ASTM/EN/GOST.

Duties

Performing NDT on site (ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle testing), interpreting results, issuing defect conclusions, reporting to the supervision team and the client. Participation in surveys of high-rise and industrial facilities.
